In this day and age, with imports coming in from destinations around the world, I am proud that our Olympia Turf is manufactured here in the USA, where tighter controls mean safer products for your family and the environment. All of our products are manufactured under strict OSHA and EPA requirements.

Our exclusive Olympia and putting turf is 100 percent lead-free and made of 70 percent recycled materials. As a father of two young children, I am like other parents who feel that products made in the USA are safer due to tighter, on-shore regulations.

In athletic arenas and on playing fields, I am also enthused to say our turf is kinder and gentler on athletes if and when they slip and fall. That is something my own children will be proud of one day as well.

As president and owner of Golf Greens Fore U, a Red Bank, New Jersey-based firm, we also believe in giving back to the community, which is why we donated $7,500 of synthetic turf to inner-city youth in New Orleans earlier this year. We will also be participating in the Beauty Ball in New Jersey on April 19th, and in a myriad of golfing and charity events we plan to blog and twitter.
